Keep, swap or cancel. Swapped items are photographed again within 1 working day. Cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

Packed and shipped with tracking.
Shipped within 2 working days after you approve, with tracking. US and EU usually 7–15 working days after dispatch.

What we check
We check material, disclosed treatments, condition, size, weight and quantity against your order. Photos or a video arrive within 1 working day after payment.
Shipping and delivery
Import duties and taxes depend on the destination and are paid by the buyer.
We ship worldwide, including Australia; rates and delivery estimates vary by destination and total weight. Destinations without published rates are quoted before payment, and shipments over 20 kg need a live shipping quote.
Transit to the US and EU usually takes 7–15 working days after dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday, Beijing time, excluding Chinese public holidays.
You may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.
Orders of 0.5–20 kg: shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Over 20 kg? Request a shipping quote.
