How It Works

From your first selection to approval of the actual pieces, follow four steps.

Sending an enquiry requires no payment and does not reserve items.

  • Select

Share item or batch IDs, or describe the forms, stones, sizes and quantities you need. Add your destination and any reference links. We review the request and clarify missing details.

  • Quote & Pay

Review the proposed selection, quantities, price, shipping and payment terms. We confirm availability and provide a combined quote. Payment follows the agreed quote.

  • Source & Check

After the agreed payment, we source the confirmed selection and check its identity, measurements and condition. You receive inspection information to review the actual pieces.

  • Approve & Ship

Review the item or batch IDs, photographs, measurements and disclosed condition. Tell us if anything needs clarification. Approve the actual pieces before shipment; dispatch details follow once they have been sent.

Before you enquire

Can I buy for myself, and is there a minimum quantity?

We focus on wholesale sourcing and also consider suitable personal purchases. Share the item or form, quantity and destination so we can discuss suitable options. Quantities and sales units are confirmed for the particular piece or batch.

Will I receive the item in a reference image?

A sourcing reference describes what you are looking for. It is not an offer for that pictured item or a recent find. For a specific piece or batch, use its record ID and confirm the selection before payment.

Does a photo mean an item is available?

Availability still needs confirmation. A specific-piece record identifies one actual item; a specific-batch record identifies a group offered together. Check the ID, quantity, sales unit and stated size or weight range. Sending an enquiry requires no payment and does not reserve goods or create an order.

How are price and shipping confirmed?

Share your selection, quantity and destination. Review the proposed selection, sales units, price, shipping and payment terms in the quote before payment. Shipping options, charges and any applicable import costs need to be confirmed for the destination.

What should I review before shipment?

Match the item or batch IDs to the photographs. Check measurements and scale, surface condition and disclosed flaws. For a batch, review the whole group, stated quantity and size range. Ask about anything unclear before approving the actual pieces.
