Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered.

To start a return, contact us at luneuu@outlook.com or +1 310-464-5597. Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide return authorization and complete delivery instructions. Returns sent without prior instructions may not be accepted.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received and securely packed for international transit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Destination

Approved returns are sent to our return facility in Donghai County, Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, China. The complete recipient name, street details, postal code and local telephone number will be provided after the return request is approved. Please do not send a return before receiving these instructions.

Damaged Orders

Please report an item that arrives broken, chipped or otherwise damaged in transit within 72 hours of delivery by emailing luneuu@outlook.com.

Please include your order number; clear photos or video of the damaged item; photos of every side of the outer shipping box; a clear photo of the shipping label; and photos of the inner packaging and all packing materials.

Please keep the item and all packaging while we review the report. After reviewing the evidence, we will contact you about the available resolution.

Natural Variation

Crystals are natural and batch-based. Colour, pattern, shape, size, weight, inclusions, flash and surface texture may vary from piece to piece. Natural variation is not, by itself, shipping damage, but it does not prevent you from requesting an ordinary return within the 7-day return period.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and reviewed. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
