Return and Refund Policy

Lune Crystal provides crystal sourcing support for wholesale and business buyers. Because many orders are sourced, confirmed, and packed according to the specific request, return and refund handling depends on the confirmed order details and the actual issue reported.

Before shipment

Product details such as material, size range, quantity, style, packing, and shipping method should be checked and confirmed before shipment is arranged. If a change is needed, please contact us as early as possible before the shipment is prepared.

Natural crystal variation

Natural crystals may have color variation, inclusions, lines, clouds, pits, texture differences, size tolerance, or hand-finished differences. These natural or handmade characteristics are not automatically considered defects.

Damage or incorrect goods

If goods appear damaged in transit or materially different from the confirmed order details, please contact us promptly with clear photos or videos of the package, shipping label, packing materials, and goods. We will review the case according to the confirmed order information, supplier/carrier situation, and available evidence.

Returns

Please contact us before sending any goods back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted. If a return is approved, the return address, shipping method, timing, and responsibility for return shipping costs will be confirmed in writing.

Refund review

Approved refunds, partial refunds, replacements, or other solutions are reviewed case by case. The final handling may depend on the product type, order confirmation record, shipping status, evidence provided, and applicable platform rules.
