What we promise
-
Honest about the stone
We tell you the material, any known treatment and the known origin. If we are not sure, we say so. Our base in China is where crystals are traded, not always where they were mined.
-
Checked against your order
Before packing we check material, condition, size, weight and count against your order.
-
You approve first
Photos or video of your exact pieces within 1 working day after payment. Keep, swap, or cancel for a full refund before dispatch.
-
Special requests
Custom carvings, a large order or something not listed? Request a quote, and pay only after you approve it.
