Before an order is confirmed, buyers should review batch photos, videos, quantity range, packing details, shipping direction, and quote information.

If items arrive damaged, the buyer should provide a clear unboxing video or clear photos as supporting evidence as soon as possible after delivery.

Damage handling is reviewed case by case based on the product type, packing method, shipping channel, and evidence provided. Possible solutions may include replacement, refund, or order credit when appropriate.

Shipping fees, import duties, customs fees, taxes, payment processing fees, exchange-rate differences, and other third-party costs might not be refundable unless otherwise confirmed in writing for a specific case.
